Where can I buy Yui Skin?
How often does Yui Skin restock?
Restock dates vary depending on product availability. Sign up for our emails or whatsapp notifications to find out when your favorite products are back in stock!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed and our logistics center has processed your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Free travel size cleansers are not trackable in case you did not pay for this option as we want to keep the cost as low as possible.
When will subscriptions be available?
A subscription will be available as soon as we see a lot of interest in this. We hope to introduce this as early as our second batch.
Can I receive an invoice?

2. Product Questions
How does Yui Skin select their ingredients?
We select ingredients based on their benefits and impact on our bodies and planet. Our recipes are based on simplicity, using as few ingredients as possible to cleanse and nourish the skin. Each ingredient is selected to allow sensitive skin to use our product.
What certifications or regulations does Yui Skin follow?
We follow EU ingredient guidelines that prohibit the use of more than 1,300 ingredients. These are the strictest rules for personal care products in the world. Our ingredients are vegan, cruelty-free, fragrance-free, gluten-free, and contain no sulfates
Certificates can do more harm than good by giving companies a pass on their bad practices. For better performance, these labels mislead people into trusting brands without having to show any evidence of real improvement. That said, we have listed a few certificates/regulations that we think are important to consider during formulation:

Are products sulfate-free, paraben-free, perfume-free, allergen-free, non-toxic?
Our products are free of sulfates, parabens, perfumes and microplastics in formulation. That's hard to beat. We follow EWG Skin Deep's database to select ingredients with low to no toxicity based on the amount of data available. Want to know more? Take a look at our blacklisted ingredients.
Do Yui Skin products work for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are specially formulated for sensitive skin. We use the gentlest surfactants, no perfume, no irritating ingredients. All products are formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific questions, please consult your dermatologist about the ingredient list on the website.
Are Yui Skin's products 'dermatologically tested' ?
No, we don't want to give you misleading information with this statement. 'Dermatologically tested' does not mean that dermatologists approve a product. This only indicates that they have looked at the product, not whether they approve it according to certain guidelines. It is purely a marketing term.
Are Yui Skin's products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, our products are not tested on animals nor do they contain any animal by-products.
Can the powder clump because of a damp bathroom?
One of our ingredients is magnesium stearate, an advantage of this is that it creates an anti-caking effect. Placing the product in your bathroom is not a problem. However, we do not recommend using the product in the shower where direct water can get into and around the bottle.

What is the ecological impact of the powder face cleanser?
CO2 emissions: We measure the reduction in net emissions across the supply chain and life cycle of our product. We noted that by using powder we reduce our CO2 emissions by 85% versus a liquid version.
Our formula: Our cleanser is 100% biodegradable.
Our packaging: Our bottle packaging is made of recyclable plastic. Our carton packaging is recyclable. In the future, we are looking deeper into more ecological alternatives.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Bancontact, IDEAL, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Why was my payment declined?
In rare cases, payment card may be declined. Please switch to another payment method. We do not have access to your accounts or credit cards and cannot provide information about your creditworthiness. You may receive further information from your bank.
Do you offer installment payment options?
No, we don't offer installment payment options.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.
